REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Any product purchased from Luxe By Maira can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size, color, or SKU is incorrect.

• There is a manufacturing defect.

To initiate an exchange, kindly WhatsApp on (number provided) with your order number along with the reason for the exchange. Once the product is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect it and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note:

• All shipping and handling costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

• We strive to provide the closest possible color match to the images displayed. However, slight color variations may occur due to lighting or dye variations in the fabric.
